Mix Berry Smoothie
400ml Almond Milk (We prefer sweetened)
1/2 Cup of Mixed Berries
1/4 of a Banana
1 teaspoon nut butter (cashew or almond butter)
1 teaspoon honey
*1 teaspoon of spirulina, hemp, or a mixed green powder (optional) or instead a handful of spinach or kale
Put everything in a blender and blend or a low speed for 30 sec-1 min until you feel it is smooth.
